The plot owned by Institute of Town Planners India (ITPI) having an extend of 15.5 cents in survey numbers 2082 & 2084 of Kowdiar village and abutting on the eastern side of NH between Plamood and Pattom junctions, Trivandrum is put on sale. Parties interested to buy it may quote their rate (in Rs.per cent). The quotation shall reach Sri. J.Jayakumar, Building Committee Chairman, ITPI-KRC, "Anandam", MRA-37, Manchadivila, Plamood, Trivandrum-695003 by post or by hand on or before 31st October 2023. The selection will be based on quoted rate & ITPI New Delhi will have the sole power to reject any offer without explanations.

Once the selection is finalised, selected party has to submit a DD in favour of ITPI for an amount equal to 10% of the total land value within 15 days from the date of receipt of intimation for selection. The balance full payment and documentation shall be made within 90 days from the date of receipt of intimation for selection, failing which deposited amount will be returned back without interest and after deducting incidental Office expenses as decided by ITPI.
